Mariam Khan has over 14 years of professional experience in a variety of industries and disciplines including Banking, Training & Development Corporations, Tech firms, Education, and Government bodies. Her professional experience encompasses Digital Change Strategy, Digital Transformation, Agile Project Management, Human Behavior Management, and Growth Mindset Culture. She is a Certified NLP Master Practitioner & Coach, and a Timeline Therapist by American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a Certified SCRUM Master, a Certified Leadership Trainer by HarvardX, and an IBM Certified Design Thinking Professional. As a Trainer her expertise includes Communication, Creativity, and Adaptive Leadership. Being a Growth Mindset and Behavior Coach, she has a firm belief in the power of Change and the ability to grow beyond one’s assumed potential by leveraging the right mindset. She founded a Mindset and Behavior Change Coaching Consultancy called NeuroNuture in 2019 whereby she creates promising transformational mental health, wellbeing, and peak performance interventions for clients to enable them succeed in their lives both personally and professionally, conducts behavior change research, and provides training on Human skills metrics defined by MIT for different corporate clients. She also provides consultation on Disruptive Technologies like Open Banking Ecosystem & Technology, Open APIs, Open Finance, and RPA in the wake of Digital Transformation.
