As a host company, you will need to provide interns with appropriate and meaningful work during their placement. Throughout the internship, it is the company’s responsibility to provide relevant monitoring if the placement is being completed remotely or on a hybrid Basis. During the onboarding process, we will assist you in defining specific criteria that are required for the interns to receive professional workplace experience. Metatalent.ai allocates a dedicated mentor for each intern which will be the main point of contact for any assistance during this process.
All of our interns are aged between 16- 24+ and have GCSEs in English, Math, and Science. We also provide internships for recent university graduates. If the job role requires a more senior level of qualification, we can partner you with a better-suited candidate.
Not a problem! It’s a challenging time for all businesses at the moment. Remote internships are a cost-effective solution to get help with daily tasks and potentially foster future employees. Internships are free of cost for a host business and the team at Metatalent.ai is there to assist and answer any questions you may have to ensure you get the most out of a remote internship.
We will assist you in setting up the right infrastructure to support remote
internships using platforms like Teams, Slack, Skype, Zoom, etc. Many of our
interns have their own equipment or they can use ours. Whichever way, this process is fast and simple, and our team will discuss in detail what you need to do to start hosting interns remotely.
Yes, absolutely! We do not have any limits on how many interns a company
can hire at one time. You will need to have enough relevant work for the interns to complete and provide monitoring of each intern’s work to ensure they meet the set criteria.
During the onboarding process we prep and train each intern with the relevant skills and knowledge for each company. If you require interns to sign a confidentiality form we can include this within the onboarding stage upon prior agreement.
While you are under no obligation to hire any interns, we find many companies tend to do so after the internship comes to an end. If you wish to hire an intern after the placement, please get in touch with the relevant mentor contact who can assist you with the next steps involved in this process. It must be noted that any intern that is hired through us will require a 10% recruitment fee paid to Metatalent.ai for the intern’s first year of employment.
